I hate ugly NPCs and I'm in the process of "Annie-fying" my hood. You can find the original Joel Astroman in the graveyard in Sunset Valley. He is so skinny and ugly, poor thing, that I decided to give him a makeover. This is the result.... I love his puppy eyes... And the rest of him as well.....
